About Our Business

Lorik Tool was started in 1985 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada to serve the wide range of needs of production
facilities in the southern Ontario region.  It quickly grew because of its emphasis on quality and customer
satisfaction.  Innovative design kept prices down and satisfaction high and put them at the forefront of the
competition.  This success allowed them to expand and open up a new division in the USA.

In 1995 Lorik Tool Incorporated was started in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  This new branch allowed Lorik to
service a number of their customers who had moved facilities to the Southern United States.  Soon after its
launch, in 1996, Lorik Tool Lawrenceburg became wholly owned and operated by Roger Gosselin and Evan
Carter.  Both are honors graduates from technical Colleges in Canada.   Their experience and technical
backgrounds allowed the Lawrenceburg operation to see its satisfied customer base grow quickly and
include customers such as Johnson Controls, Dura Automotive, Cosmolab, CKNA, Capro, Fisher, Modine,
Arvin, Standard Products, TMA, Tuff Torq, and SaarGummi.

To stay one step ahead of the growing competition, we have integrated the latest technologies into our design
process:  CNC milling machines and a CNC lathe utilizing MasterCam and 3D CAD software using Autodesk
Inventor.  Using these tools, our customers are able to see how their finished product looks early in the
manufacturing process.  Before the first piece of metal is cut we fully design our equipment on the computer,
which allows us to cycle and test our designs to ensure that any potential problems or difficulties are addressed
before the product is actually built.  We have a staff of 23 people who know how to work as a team to ensure
quality and efficiency throughout the design, build, and "de-bugging" process.
